Best way to determine your ring size with paper or string

Looking for your perfect ring must be so exciting. There are so many beautiful styles available to choose from. Solitaire, bubble, designer rings and of coure that very special engagement ring. 

But what do you do, when it comes to determining the correct size to order your ring, especially if you are ordering on an online platform.

We have come up with the perfect steps that you can make use of to do that at home. Follow these simple steps to find your perfect fit:

Step 11) Cut a strip of paper or a piece of non-stretchy string.
Step 22) Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger. Please remember not to wrap the string or paper too tightly around your finger, or you will have problems with getting the ring over your knuckle. Keep in mind that your fingers will swell, and you should leave a little room for the ring.
Step 33) Mark the point on it where it completes the circle. It shouldn’t be too tight, nor too loose.
Step 44) Measure the length of the string or paper. Measure it from the beginning to the mark with a ruler or tape measure. This is the circumference of your finger.
